• Face of SHSU Terry Scholars.

• Communicates with Terry Foundation Officials.

• Communicates with SHSU Campus Coordinators.

• Handles Organization of Fall & Spring Officer Meetings.

• Works Closely with Vice President to Plan, Coordinate, and Ensure the Effectiveness of the Terry Organization.

• **NEW: Works with VP on Huntsville High Mentorship Program.
   

Vice-President
 

• Communicates with Terry Foundation Officials.

• Communicates with SHSU Campus Coordinators.

• Works Closely with President.

• Fills in for President in their Absence. 

• Plans Senior Banquet.

• **NEW: Works with President on Huntsville High Mentorship Program.
   

Secretary
 

• Key Communicator between Officers & Scholars.

• Taking Meeting Minutes at all Meetings - (General & Officer).

• Send Emails to Scholars of Important Dates of Foundation, Campus, and Org Events.

• Takes and Tracks Attendance for Events.

• Responsible for Sending out Virtual Birthday Cards to Scholars.

• ** NEW: Responsible for all Social Media Accounts.

•         Actively Posts on Social Media Accounts.
   

Treasurer
 

• Sets and Tracks the SHSU Terry Org Budget.

• Gives Officers Budgets for Events.

• Reemburists Officers for any fees related to the Org.

• Responsible for Semester Fundraisers - (Merch, Profit Shares, etc).
   

Public Relations
 

• Organizes Org Socials.

• Receives Budget from Treasurer

• Plans all Aspects of the Event.

• ** NEW: Plans and Organizes Monthly Community Service Events.
